How to Get There
From Manila, you can fly to Cebu (Php3500++, round trip, 45 minutes). From Mactan Airport, you will need to hire a cab to go to the North Bus Terminal (near SM Mall) in Cebu City. From the North Terminal, buses are available all day starting at about 5:00am onwards. Buses (Php150++, one way, 2.5-3 hours) depart the city going to the port town of Hagnaya in northern Cebu. From Hagnaya Port, ride a ferry (Php170++, one way, 1 hour 15 minutes) to Santa Fe, Bantayan Island.
Note: Ferry boats run form 5:30am until the last boat leaves Hagnaya at 5:30pm. Inorder to make it to the last ferry (5:30pm) in Hagnaya Cebu, one must arrive at the Cebu City North Bus Terminal by 1:00pm. Aircon buses run only sporadically from Cebu City while non-aircon buses run all day until its last trip.
