Samar is known for so many spots that are worth visiting which guarantee fun, adventure and extraordinary experiences.



Speaking of adventure, I invite you to visit the pristine cave of Calbiga. When you arrive there expect a lot of discovery via rock climbing. I suggest visitors wear a good pair of trekking shoes/sandals (extra socks would be handy).



As you explore, be careful with the presence of bat droppings and sharp rocks. Drinking water is also a must-bring due to the humidity within the cave. The place is off the beaten track so a little effort is needed to make the trip there. You would also also need a guide. Once inside the cave, rocks with different formations will charm and enchant.
