When you visit a place you’ve never been before, there would always be something that will remind you about it such as the beautiful sceneries, delicious food which of course includes those uniquely sweet delicacies.

If you happen to visit Leyte, most often what you will remember is Suman, Moron and BInagol.

Binagol is a sweetened taro pudding with nuts that is notably made from Dagami, Leyte. This delicacy can usually be bought in the sidewalks of downtown Tacloban City but is distributed all throughout Samar and Leyte.
