Maasin also has marked its name on copra and coffee industry. The place is also popular with ceramics and delicacies such as salvaro, sortidos, otap, bocarillo, tres marais (bodbod), kalamay, hopia pinaypay and the famous "turnos" (ginamos orinun-onan).
