As dark clouds cover the sky, while a cold chill is felt in the air followed by the sudden rumbling of thunder, signaling the coming of rain, people would usually hurry home or find a place to shelter themselves from getting wet.

In the Philippines however, children would stay outside and excitedly wait for the first drops of rain to fall. It has long since been a way of having fun for Filipino kids, to take a bath in the rain.

Either naked or fully clothed, Filipino children would scurry outside laughing and jumping or playing tag with other kids, savoring the cold raindrops as it touches their small bodies.

Filipinos always find a way to enjoy the simple things in life. Even through heavy rains and flooding, they are able to make the most of it with a smile. This is something that you will not find any place in the world but the here, which is the reason why it is definitely more fun in the Philippines!
