During our recent trip to Singapore, we met Karla Mendoza, a graduate of the Ateneo and who happens to be the executive chef of Osteria Mozza. a fine dining pizzeria in the famous Marina Bay Sands hotel.

The restaurant is owned by the equally famous Mario Batali also employs ten more Pinoy staff ranging from cooks, servers and receptionists.

Osteria Mozza is a Filipino-ran Italian restaurant that serves great food! The pizzeria is so popular that you need at least a day or two for a reservation.

With nearly two decades of cooking experience under her belt, Mendoza brings with her a vast experience of cooking matched only by her Filipino heart and spirit!
