Ingredients:



1 cup flour



3 ripe plantain bananas, peeled and halved lengthwise



2 cups cooking



1 ½ tsp. baking powder



1 egg



2/3 cup milk



Flour for dredging



Sugar



 



Directions to cook:



1.    Stir fry ingredients together. Add milk and eggs and beat until smooth



2.    Roll banana slices in flour, dip in batter and fry in hot until golden brown. Drain on paper
