My father really loves to cook and Sarsiadong Dalagang Bukid is just one of his specialties. In fact, this was our “ulam” yesterday that’s why I had the idea of sharing this recipe. I like how the taste of onion, garlic and tomato just added flavour into the fish and I genuinely enjoyed eating my lunch.
Sarsiadong Dalagang Bukid is just easy to prepare and I know most of us already know how to cook this one.
So what are you waiting for? Let’s start cooking!
1 pc. Onion
1 clove Garlic
1 tea spoon salt
½ kilo Dalagang Bukid fish
1. Clean the fish then fry until cooked.
2. Set aside the fish.
3. On a separate frying pan, sauté garlic, onion and tomato. Add salt.
4. After two minutes, add the fish and put the beaten egg.
5. Put salt to taste.
6. Serve hot.
This food is definitely good for the whole family!
