I have heard so much about the agreeable pastries of Lachi’s from friends. If it wouldn’t with Ma’am Jo’s treat, I couldn’t try the relish of these appetizing food for the first time.
Ma’am Jo got us the Unforgettable Pork Ribs. The meat is so tender and very tasty. It was really well marinated, I believe. Your dine woudn’t be complete in Lachi’s if you won’t try any of their sweets. I had their Classic Sans Rival.
Lachi’s Classic Sans Rival is an old-fashioned Filipino dessert: crisp cashew-studded layers of meringue sandwiched by a rich fresh butter filling, capped by a generous sprinkling of cashew bits. Not for the fainthearted or calorie-conscious!
We also had Premium Dark Chocolate Cake and Luscious Mud Pie. Fudgy walnut crust, rich chocolate center, and thick whipped cream on top. I still have many more sweets to try on!
