PINASarap: Undiscovered Mole Cricket.
A creepy looking kind of insect and one of indigenous & exotic food of Kapampangans. It has a lenght of 3-5cm. They have big poppy eyes and have shovel look front feet use to dig and swim. They can also fly up to 8 kilometer far. They basically feed themselves with rice grains and leaves.
A must try kind of food of Kapampangan. Because these insects are packed w/ protein and B vitamins and a lot of people love eating them.
