Bangus (Milkfish) that is 5-7 inches long are harvested fresh from the fish pond of Punong Restaurant in Tagum City, deboned, cleaned, sliced into bite-size pieces and then mixed with ginger, onions, tomatoes, red bell pepper, vinegar and coconut milk.
