The soft-shell crabs are cultured just a few hectares away from the restaurant by the Maningo Family. From there, it is delivered to the Punong Restaurant and prepared for cooking whenever there’s an order for it. They sell it for Php110 (US$2.56) per 100grams. Try the tempura soft-shell crab.
