Pinasugbo is one of the native delicacies of the Philippines that originated from the Visayas Region, and is mostly a popular delicacy in Iloilo City.
Made from thinly sliced bananas, preferably saba, with caramelized sugar and sprinkled with sesame seeds. It is held together by a white paper cone. Pinasugbo is chewy, crunchy and sweet in taste. The price depends on what store you bought it, it is not expensive.

• Bananas (peeled and sliced)
• Oil
• Sugar (preferable brown)
• Sesame Seeds
• Honey (optional)
You can buy pinasugbo in any grocery or pasalubong centers. It is also being sold by street vendors, mostly at the ports.
