The Lobster Salad is AhFat Sea Food Plaza’s signature dish.  Seafood lovers wouldn’t miss ordering this dish even if it is expensive at PhP2,500 (US$59) per kilo.

The succulent meat from this crustacean is fried, unshelled and cut into bite-size pieces then mixed with mayonnaise, cabbage and carrot strips then served craftily with its shell.  Just looking at it makes my mouth water and eating it is just like manna from heaven for a seafood lover.
