Linidgid nga Camote sa Camotes is one of my favorite and rare food that I could say...so sweet from the outside and so yummy inside. It is made of ground camote and the filling is still made of ground camote in a soft sweet form. It is being called linidgid or nilidgid from other tongues because it is being grind from a home made grinder and being done manually by holding the camote in vertical position and holding it firmly and push the camote unto the grinder up and down. 

If you wanna taste this sweet food ,then you must ask a native Camotes people to cook this for you as this is only available during fiestas or what they call as "tabo". When you can taste this food you will be looking for more.
