I really love to eat any kind of dish or food as long as it’s delicious.
My favorite chef is my mom, she cooks very well. One of my mom’s best recipes is hinatukan na masag (crab). Hinatukan na masag is a native dish in Leyte it is a crab recipe cooked with coconut milk. The crab is often cut in half but can be cooked whole if desired. Even though it is hard to eat because of its hard shell its worth it because of the unique taste of the meat.
Traditionally, obtaining fresh coconut milk is by gripping or squeezing shredded coconut meat but now there is already available canned coconut milk in the market as an alternative. Coconut milk is a good source of nutrition in any weight loss regime and it contains calcium and is highly nutritious.
Hinatukan na masag is not only tasteful and delicious but also NUTRITIOUS!
So try cooking this at home.
