Ka Lui's Tubbataha Salad IS my favorite salad of all time.
The ingredients are all fresh. Every time I had a spoonful of this in my mouth, "Mmm" and "Ahhmm" were all that I can say.

Because of my Ka Lui experience, I can now say that Palawan is a FOOD PARADISE.
