Ginataang Bilanghoy sa Calamay
What to prepare:
5- 10 medium sized Cassava, locallly known as bilanghoy or balanghoy
5 cups concentrated coconut milk
4 cups pure coconut milk
Calamay or Brown Sugar ( as many as desired)
How To do It
Cook cassava in the concentrated milk, wait until it boils.
Mix the pure coconut milk as well as the calamay or sugar.
Make sure that the calamay is well melted, It will give a brownish color on the cassva.
Serve if the cassava splits, and when coconu milk creates a white clotted particles.
