For some seafood goodness, let's cook some prawns. It's perfect for your cocktails.



Prawn with Sweet Chili Sauce



Ingredients
• ½ kilo prawn
• 2 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoon chili sauce
• 1 teaspoon vetsin
• 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 piece onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 2 tablespoon garlic
• 2 tablespoon soy sauce
• Baguio beans
• White beans
• Carrots
• Onion ring
• Bell pepper
• Pechay (Chinese cabbage)
• Parsley
• Cucumber



Procedure
1. In a pan, heat vegetable oil.
2. Sauté onion and garlic. Put in Baguio beans, white beans, carrots, onion ring, bell pepper and pechay.
3. Add prawn, sauté until red.
4. Pour 1 cup water, let it boil. Then, take out the prawn.



To make the sauce
1. Mix pepper, salt, and sugar in the pan with vegetables.
2. Add chili sauce to taste



You can now place the prawn and sauce with vegetable on your serving plate.



Serve hot. Enjoy!
