Here is how to cook Chocolate Moron Rice cake
Who says chocolates are for cookies cakes only? Wait until you taste LeyteÂ's best chocolate moron, a unique suman delicacy laced with the chocolatey goodness. Yumyum!
Ingredients
- 6 cups glutinous rice
- 3/4 cups ordinary rice
- 1 kilogram sugar
- 7 cups fresh coconut milk
- 50 ml condensed milk
- 200 grams cocoa
- 60 grams margarine
- Banana Leaves
Instructions
Mix glutinous and ordinary rice then soak overnight.
Drain, grind, and set aside.
Boil sugar, vanilla, and coconut milk.
Frequently stir until it turns caramelly.
Divide the mixture into two.
Set aside the first half as the white mixture.
The other half, add cocoa and condensed milk and mix thoroughly (this is the chocolate mixture).
Prepare cylindrical rolls from it.
Glaze with the white mixture to make rolls of about one inch in diameter.
